whee! i am back to revive the blog :D and this is very belated but HAPPY BIRTHDAY SOTONGGGG! i hope you like whatever we gave you :D

because i have tons of pics and have been ordered to post them, i shall do that, and give a running commentary of the days events!

so! after CNY celebrations where we, basically, ate, stoned, ate, did some paper cutting and ate some more, we went to find the sotong in her class (: eventually, after about 30mins, we dragged her out of class and sang a très on-tune version of happy birthday to sotong (: haha then megan charmaine and jiaxuan left after we presented our very lovely "sotong handbook" to the sotong. more about that later. so! we went to the bus stop to drag julie to _______________ (:

this is celeste, looking well, blurr.

and shzehui, looking, well, blurr too >< (i seem to have many blurr friends, no?)
so off we went to drag julie to ______________. we'd been planning that since hmm, before OBS and shzehui and i've been irritating her about "the blank" haha. so anyway we took the bus to the heeren, and went all the way up to the fifth floor with julie lagging behind whining about "the blank". eventually we reached the top and tried to make her close her eyes and somehow drag her to take neoprints (yes, that's the blank) without her noticing but of course, she noticed lah. hahaha BUT miraculously she didn't run away :O so off we went and i shant post the pictures u can go to shzehui's blog for that haha. ooh wait i want to post the one of julie with that heartshaped thing on her head. nvm. another day. whee so that was the first mission accomplished!

then it was off KFC. for the uninitiated, it's kinda a tradition for us to go there because of the whole keshie fan club thing and if you dont get it here's a very helpful photo:

alright (: then, because celeste recently cut her fringe and is happy that it is bouncy again, here is a side view of her hair (it really does stick out!):

yah and so after eating and yifei/celeste left for SMP stuff and dengqing and sarah left too, it was down to the sotong, the duck, the bug and the camel (: so we asked sotong to start reading her book!

and this is the camel with the sotong haha. y'know what i think our nicknames dont make sense except for sotong :p :p

yay and this is the first pic of the 4 of us!

so basically while becky was reading her book we amused ourselves with lame (and i mean LAME) jokes. and i have a video of myself reading the ode to a sotong! sadly blogger doesnt post videos and even if it did it'd take me 2 years to load it so forget it ^^ haha but i've got videos of shzehui's "black magic" joke which i took 38702562078 billion years to get; shzehui's "pigs" joke which i took another 23794638756 billion years to get, and random videos of random things haha. anyway after she finished her book and we finished killing off each others' brain cells we turned to the useful instrument known as the camera. and as proof of how many brain cells we managed to destroy, here are ELEVEN pictures of us trying to get a nice shot of the 4 of us into the small camera screen. here goes!

hahaha it was quite amusing actually. though from the looks of julie's smile i doubt she was amused :p yeah so anyway now you know what lame jokes can do to you! so the morals of the story are:
1. unless you have long arms, do not attempt to take pics of 4 people by yourself
2. do not sit down at KFC and tell lame jokes for more than 30 minutes.
3. do not put a sotong together with a bug, a duck and a camel.
4. do not go to KFC when we are there or it will be extremely embarrassing.
